App still not working on my iPhone 16e… it’s been many months…

I have complained about this issue before, but still has not fixed after more than a month. I’m curious if anybody is going to fix it because it is very inconvenient to go to the website and have to login every time.

Post-Update App is horrid

Update: still taking multiple attempts to access account through app. Please fix the app!!!

It takes multiple attempts to accept the fingerprint log in and the half the time it won’t load. This never used to happen. Really inconvenient and usually updates improve apps, what happened?
