Missing things like ACH transfers to and from external accounts
As always, exceeded expectations
I've stayed with this credit union through moving out of CA, through changing careers, divorce, remarriage, and pretty much any life altering event. If that doesn't say how great it is then IDK. But considering that there are only a few branches, and they're all in the Sacramento CA area, and I'm still 100% able to access anything and everything I need just using this app. I can't say enough about them

HCCU Members even after moving out of CA
Former CA resident, currently residing in Colorado, still loyal member of HCCU with no plans to change. This app has changed and updated since we first started using it & seems to have only gotten better. I haven't run into any issues or bugs. Any other banking app that I've used had at least a few problems. So far just like their service, app has been exceptional.

Mobile Deposits don’t work!
Mobile deposits has worked for as long as I can remember, but I’ve tried something like ten times recently, but it doesn’t successfully rotate the iPhone screen and access the camera, as it always used to do. I’ve tried changing settings, looking for most recent version (I have it installed already), etc. It simply doesn’t work anymore—forcing me to have to go to my local branch to deposit any checks. This is a major inconvenience!!
