Please get this app to stop glitching. I go to tap and then the top banner loads and then I’ve hit the wrong thing.

App works but needs alot of improvement. It’s like using the first app ever made.

Customer service and communication
You could try calling the bank to speak with someone about any issues you're having with the car loan department. It's always a long wait, they never give good help, and they tend to redirect you to another number. It seems like they aren’t happy working there, and I can’t blame them given the communication issues.
