Customer service and communication
You could try calling the bank to speak with someone about any issues you're having with the car loan department. It's always a long wait, they never give good help, and they tend to redirect you to another number. It seems like they aren’t happy working there, and I can’t blame them given the communication issues.

Inconsistency in information
Amounts displayed on HFCU checking account is not same as what the HFCU customer service agent sees on their side leading to ambiguity to initiate any transactions.

Not user friendly
I use this app to make payments on my loan and it is not user friendly. I have to transfer my payments multiple days before the monthly bill is actually due in order for it to clear on time. The bank has no easy options to make a prompt payment unless Zelle is used. If you are not comfortable with Zelle this is your only other option. I have NEVER had such a had time GIVING a bank money in my life.

Everything I need in one place! Love being able to connect all my accounts for budgeting. Great design and easy to use.
Awful app and service
Constantly freezes never get a warning for system maintenance no agents available on the weekends which is such a slap in the face
Payment date
Makes no sense that there is a specific time to make a payment. Time should not matter it’s the date that should matter.
Terrible banking app
Terrible banking app, 100% the worst app for banking and I have multiple banks such complaints I have so complicated for such uncomplicated things really needs to be revisited and adjusted for easier use, hate the layout somehow the app was closed for days to make it better and it’s worse I cannot say a single possible positive thing about this app

Honestly, in the past this app was not as good as other larger banks.
I would say they have significantly improved it and I find it much easier to get to what I need

Loving the new experience
Great update! I used to dread using the mobile app and now I don’t give it a second thought. The app loads faster and Bill Pay is really easy to navigate. Thanks for the new version!
Continuous download problems
If I have other apps open on my phone, this app doesn’t open properly and tells me it wasn’t opened all the way. Really annoying! My Zelle has been suspended twice. I have to call the bank continuously to have things fixed.
