Helpful TEG

Twice, when fraud troubles hit, TEG worked to quickly recover my money. The manager and tellers made sure my funds were returned and banking info was protected. They were prompt, professional and personable. Teg credit Union was there for me!

Poorly designed app

Good for checking your balances but that’s about it.. not a very useful app. Can’t even use Zelle

Awful

Cannot even use the app because it keeps telling me the password “Does not meet the requirements” of one upper case letter, 8 characters, and one number…except it does. Have forced closed it and tried several times and it still does not work. Please fix this.

I like this newer version but I wish they added a dark mode & an ios18 compatible icon. Would be great!
