Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used!
The interface looks like it’s 20 years old. It is not intuitive. You have to click through all kinds of screens to do simple tasks. I have accounts at other banks and bill pay and mobile deposit are seamless where you click one button, scan the check and done. This app you have to click at least 6 different screens, manually take photos and enter amounts and then the kicker is they send you an EMAIL to tell you the check is pending and sometimes another email shows up days later to tell you it was rejected. That’s just one example. Oh and if you use business banking you need to be a genius to figure out all the screens and places to click.
