Rondout savings bank app

This is absolutely the worst banking app ever!… I have been experiencing what seems to be totally absurd inexperience when trying to access my account. Long wait times upon calling in… if this was an emergency I would be totally screwed!… something has to be done to correct this idiotic app… I too put in the correct info and have been locked out numerous times!!!!…. CAN’T ACCESS MY MONEY!!!!….UGGGHHHH!!!!!!
