Disappointed
Can’t solve customer problems and I keep loosing money. I realised prudential insurance taking direct debit from my account which is fraudulent yet after several complaints Fedelity is still allowing money to be taken. So disappointed what a shame. I cannot even put money in my account because I’m scared one day all my money will gone. I have lost trust in Fedelity bank
