Been with them for over 29 years. I even moved away MA and keep them as my main bank.
Good App But Needs A Tweak
The only problem I’ve had with this app and it’s a new one is that it doesn’t close itself unless you log off. With the older version if you just got out of the app it would automatically close itself out. Now if you do that when you get back in it gives you a time out error that you have to clear. Not a big deal but convenient when you’re in a rush and just move from this app to another one.

I absolutely love the flexibility I have at my fingertips with my own money!!! I can have what I want where and when I want it. Since I’m new to fidelity, I’ve had to call their call center and the customer service has been top notch!!!

Crap
I've had this app for YEARS with no issues.. then they updated it recently and it's gotten so bad.. releases a "fix for bugs" version recently and now I get logged in no problem but it tells me I have no accounts and an issue with the pin.. very very disappointing.
Won't accept Apple Pay

Like the mobile App
I like the Fidelity mobile App. Especially now that I have an iPhone and can deposit checks from here. There are no branches near me so the times I do receive a check it's very helpful. Not 5 stars as I couldn't deposit with my Droid.
