App wouldn’t agree that the amount entered was the same as the check which was indeed correct
Update
When updating the app now nothing wants to work. Can’t open app keeps saying update needed but every time I try it just keeps crashing.
Terrible bank
The fees are wild compared to most other banks and it is so difficult to talk to a person when something goes wrong. Get a bank that knows what year it is and isn’t scrambling to compete with the many better banks out there. The app does little more than display your balance, and even that is often incorrect!

The gentleman with the long hair working at the front street location was very helpful and super informative.

The mobile deposit feature doesn’t always work very well. The layout is not as clean as the old version

It would be nice to be able to print a receipt when paying bills online.
New app, severe downgrade, vastly inferior to the old app
Whoever developed this app for the bank gave them a run for their money. Constant issues with transactions being up to date, among other issues already outlined by other recent reviews. It’s time to consider switching to a bank that values competency in the marketplaces it chooses to participate in.

NEW APP; legit review
This new app should not have 4.4 stars, I haven’t found a single decent review that isn’t about a bank branch. The branches are great this app is not. This NEW APP, doubles up transactions, put transactions on the wrong day, not following a Sunday but any day. It says debit card in front of it, which is also frustrating. The idea of it telling you it’s a debit card or a bank transaction is a good idea but poor placement. It does make me want to switch banks.

Mobile deposits use to work before changes, now I have to reenter several times because it says amount doesn’t match the picture or amount put in.

Stinks
The old version was much better. This version not as easy
Missing Features from new Billpay
Missing a list of pending payments
Missing a history of payments to a particular payee
Missing ability to edit payee info

Deposit went from easy to nearly impossible
The new system makes it much more difficult to deposit a perfectly normal check. Both the amount of the check and the endorsement are clearly visible in the images, yet they keep getting rejected. Only when I take the picture such that the check is larger than the actual outlined area on the phone does the deposit actually go through.

Not happy with changes
Do not like the nee app not user friendly as the prior. Can not see history. Bill pay is terrible. Not happy with all changes. I will be changing to dcu

It took me way too many attempts to take photos that the app was happy with.

It takes multiple tries to get it accepted!
Easy fix to see all balances on the main page
If you hit the 3 dots above the accounts tab on the main page, you can set the view mode from “compact” to “expanded”. This shows all of your accounts just like the old app does.
User interface design not good
The previous release had a much slicker user design than this new app. There are so many more steps that I have to go through to accomplish the same thing I used to do in two steps. Overall, this feels like a downgrade.
