Main Page Button Improvement
Update the green “Contribute” button to match the main Fidelity app style and rename it “Transact.” Tapping it should open a simple menu that lets users contribute or donate from any page—no need to return home or navigate elsewhere. This streamlines access and makes transactions more intuitive.
Fidelity steals your money with fees
Your money doesn’t go to charity. Fidelity steals it in fees. They should be ashamed. Unethical AF!

Good, but lost function
The app is great to make a donation, but it used to allow editing scheduled/recurring donations. A while back, that seems to have gone away. Now, when I attend a fundraiser and decide to increase my donations, I have to remember to log in at home from a computer to modify recurring donation amounts. I used to use the app to update the amount while at the events.

All the functionality I need to make my charitable transactions smooth and seamless.
Fidelity holds up donations
Grants can be held up for months where they used to be processed in 7-10 BD’s. No communication and toll free line is an eternal hold cycle

Great user interface
As expected with Fidelity, the user interface it top notch. I wish Fidelity Charitable would let me invest in FBTC, the Fidelity Bitcoin Trust.
Much better GUI
The look and feel and overall GUI design of this latest version is night and day compared to the old version.
Same problem with login
This is a great tool and I hate to give a poor review, but unfortunately the app is unusable.
Crashes constantly
This app crashes everytine you try to set up a new grant. It’s kind of worthless for anything but viewing the account and existing grants.
Feedback screen hangs
It shows “Loading…” forever. Last year it showed a blank screen. So, progress…?

I have used this app for years but now I can’t even log in let alone use faceID. Please fix!
Broken login
Come on… get it together. This is financial services you can’t have a broken login flow!
Can’t log in
First time trying to use this app, it tells me that FaceID isn’t working and to enter my login info manually, which is what I had been doing. I’ll be interested to actually use this app if I ever get logged in.
Not able to log in
I have loved this app for years, but it has recently failed to stay up-to-date with iOS updates or something. Not only does it say that my face ID is not available but also I get stuck in the oh yeah, security credentials step with no ability to login. Please advise.
Feedback screen is blank in iOS
No way to report bugs, because the feedback screen is a blank white. If you drag to scroll, a black screen scrolls up.
Update lost my password
I don’t like to remember a thousand of passwords so I saved password for this app. But when it does software update, it loses my password and requires me to re-enter the password to use it. I say forget it and remove it from my iPhone. It is useless.

I can log in fine on my desktop browser, but the app doesn’t recognize my login credentials.
