Bad update
Ever since the update the app has been so slow. The old version everything was fast and smooth, this one just isn’t great. Takes forever to load. I also hate that all the deposits and transactions are all black. It was easier to keep track of deposits when they were green, it just made more sense. And the balance under each transaction is gone whether it was pending or not !! What the heck!!! I like to see what the balance would be for everything. I think others would agree with me too on this.

The new update website is great

( 3⅔ out of 5 ) The Overhaul Is Appreciated, But…
Why is everything so garishly bright? Is there no dark mode? I miss the white-over-dark grey with swaths of dark emerald of the previous version. This one is sterile and moreover an affront on the retinae.
Also, it's gonna take quite a while to figure out where everything's been moved to. I'm surprised there's no in-app guided tour for reorienting users who had to make the jump, or for anyone, really. I still haven't found the "Manage Travel Plans" feature and begin to wonder if it got the axe for whatever reason.
EDIT: Finally found it stashed away under "tools", like it was some kind of addendum or afterthought. Again, a guided tour would go a *long* way.

Awful
Constant pointless updates that do nothing but cause more problems, everytime there’s an update it seems to do everything but fix the problems that the app has. It’s extremely inefficient trying to do anything with this app. I’ve been thinking about just switching banks because of this.
This bank is a joke
So they did an update over the weekend and now when I try to login the system doesn’t recognize my information like my SS,username, zip code. Mind you I have not been able to login into my account on my laptop since 2021 so was only using the mobile app now nothing and they are not open until 8:30!!!
