App not functioning for over a month

Fidelity bank your soft token app has not been functioning properly in the past weeks. I can’t do any major transaction as a result. None of your customer care attendants have been able to help.

There is a one-time charge of N1,500 plus 5% VAT for the initial activation of your soft token, in compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria's directive. Subsequent reinstallation or reactivation of the token will be free of charge.
