App still needs major improvement
The liveness wellness check blank black screen has persistent for months and it’s a shame a bank a whole bank popular in the country is this having this bug , knowing fully well it’s role in businesses and daily lives

If I could give -10 I will do so. The app repeatedly failed the “liveness” checks and ask you to start over and over again and eventually locked me out. Customer service numbers equally useless, so is email.

Terrible Onboarding experience
Like another reviewer mentioned, it would have been best to just update the current e-token app than releasing a new one. I tried to register on this one and the “liveliness check” kept failing - now it gives an error saying the onboarding limit exceeded and there is no guidance on how to get this resolved. Really stressful and disappointing to use.

Activation
Was not possible with facial and hardware token, had to go to the bank branch, an inconcovenience, could not do it from overseas until I was back to Nigeria. Something must be done about it in this digital edge to be made seemless from whereever.
Spontaneous transfer
In less than 5mins I downloaded the new stolen app, got registered for the first time and made a transfer
