Disappointing
Would not activate with debit card details tells you to call gtconnect for authorisation code, and when you call and hold on the call for a whole century you end up being told they are sorry you should go to the bank!!!!
Needs serious work
I’m currently out of the country and need transactions doing, I can’t physically go to any branch and I’m trying to sign up for the etoken which is a hot mess by the way, I’ve put in the correct details but still says not recognised, your tech team is way below par and needs to catch up, now I can’t do any transactions and I’m left stranded. Pls fix up and pls can your customer care team reply emails as we can’t call directly!!!!!

Terrible App
This app used to be good. I never had any problem with it. But it has now become VERY USELESS. You can imagine one wants to make an important transfer and the app will be frozen.
Simply useless
This is the most useless app ever. All the codes generated on the useless app are invalid. Cannot even use it for transactions. So frustrating
