We've released two new ways to protect your account. Security Questions Once set up, key actions that change access to your account will require these questions to be answered. Keeping your account secure even if your password is compromised. Suspicious Sign-In Detection Get notified of every failed sign-in attempt. We'll also temporarily lock your account, stopping anyone trying to force their way in.

Unable to access my account

Accessing my account has been hard for days. I tried using forgot password but all I get is “you have not set your security question.” I contacted support and all they could request for is my important IDs and they expect me to send that in an email in this present day cyber threat? Mehn, bamboo came highly recommended but I’m grateful I didn’t put a large amount in there
