Unable access my account/ NGX account still under review
I feel so disappointed with this app. Since over one week I created my bamboo account and funded it, I haven’t been able to access my account or buy stock.
It keeps saying my NGX is under review.

I’v been logged off the app for literally months now after making a deposit.
This app logged me off after I made a deposit and registered, i haven’t been able to access my account and my money , i have tried using several methods like the forgot password way still nothing works they keep showing me an error message and some time a network error message that clearly isn’t from my device or network provider , this is fraud in my opinion and I’m very uncomfortable with my personal information and BVN being on there.

I’ve been using Bamboo for a while now and my experience has been positive. I like the flexibility of being able to save and invest through one platform.
Works great so far
It was easy to understand, very addictive, good interface, though it hangs sometimes when trade is going on, love the fact that it allows me save and earn percentage with my money, I was getting tired of leaving money in the traditional banks where I won’t even get some money back
