Not a very good first impression
Unfortunately I will be deleting this app from my phone. Someone recommended it to me and I thought it would be a good one but since last week, I have been trying to make a deposit Canadian dollars into the account but to no avail. the customer care staff are nice but I do not see any progress at all from their end. This is my first time even trying the app and this is the second time I encountered issues since opening. I think I’ll just stick to my old app since this one does not seem reliable at all.

Why US is not included
I am a bamboo customer, l hear Misan here and there. Trying to sign up and US is not on the list of countries. So people can have Virtual USD card and not customers that live in the US. Interesting.
Worse app
Very useless app after weeks when the gbp and euro account as been down,I received a notification that the account is back immediately I login all my accounts as been disabled nothing is working it’s restricted
