Still using T+1

I used this only twice. As I write this review, my funds have not dropped in my bamboo NGN wallet. What a joke! In this era where instant settlement is a thing. I Contacted their support and was told some transactions take 24 hours to clear but honestly I saw no basis for the hold since the fund is just $100. More so bamboo and Misan are the same company why should transactions be settled at T+1
The exchange rates I got the two occasions I used them was good but that is not enough. Instant settlement should also be prioritized.

Scammer

They scam referral bonus, promise to pay but just giving story everyday.

A lot of user wasted charges while participating in the referral program but they didn’t any of the reward they promised.

Worst app ever

This app is the worst app you could ever imagine they would frustrate you to the extent you have to move all your money . Their costumer service is the worst I have ever seen they reply your messages back with Ai generated messages with no proper communication or response from the team . Don’t ever thinking of using them it’s a whole waste of time

Restrictions on account for no reason

When money enter the app they will restrict your account from been withdraw. Very useless app

I referred a friend using my invite code and it didn’t reflect. The person I referred did all the necessary. I didn’t get my referral bonus and the person didn’t either.

Great so far

When I first downloaded the Misan app at launch, I was a bit disappointed due to delays when transferring money to my local account. However, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, and a few months later, the experience has become much more enjoyable. The exchange rates in particular are impressive compared to other apps, which has made a noticeable difference for me.

Not friendly to new users

The card they gave me got deactivated in less than 2 hours without warning and they were telling me to pay another registration fee of $5 (#7550) to register a new card. Would not recommend!

Spammy

They send more than 10 push notifications per day that are ads in the most annoying spammy way you can think of! They send you spammy emails too with the unsubscribe link that leads nowhere! I had to turn off notifications completely and mark their emails as spam! Which makes this app useless to me, cos without notification of use of the service, it’s not safe to use it, and I’ll be damned if I would let it spam me with ads of their services all day long like an extra needy partner that seeks attention 24/7! I seriously fail to see how people can use this app without getting sick of it!
