Unable to access my account
Accessing my account has been hard for days. I tried using forgot password but all I get is “you have not set your security question.” I contacted support and all they could request for is my important IDs and they expect me to send that in an email in this present day cyber threat? Mehn, bamboo came highly recommended but I’m grateful I didn’t put a large amount in there

This is really frustrating, have been trying to click on forgetting password and it’s not working …. Suddenly my account log out and since then I can’t login

What kind of nonsense update is this. Since I updated this application it’s been acting up, can’t even sign into my account and when I do it signs me off almost immediately.
Insanely Buggy
The latest update to the app has made it so buggy, pages don’t load, can’t see your home page, basically doesn’t work.

can’t access my account
after updating the app i can’t access my account anymore, it’s saying i don’t have internet connection while i have internet and it logged me out of my account
Recent update is worse. Older version was very good. Says connection error, not logging in
This newest update is no good. I can’t submit the security questions as it keeps saying connection error. Now, I can’t even log in anymore after updating my app. It keeps saying internet connection error, yet my internet is working fine and opening other apps. All these issues started immediately after updating my app. I should have stuck to the old version which was very easy and straightforward without all these mess. Please fix this asap.

After address and opt in for instant fund settlement I can take it up and press the button down it and it disturbs

The recent update removed one of the app’s most useful features—the ability to view the purchase date, purchase price, and number of units for each stock. Without this information, it’s difficult to track my investments or remember when and at what price I bought a stock. Please restore this feature in a future update, as it is essential for investors.
