Slow load up
Even with WiFi connection login is slow or delayed not to mention sending transfers. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall for better performance.
The new IU setup is just worse
Why did you have to change the setup? Now everytime I need to put an account number I can’t search the bank like before I have to type 3 letters and most times it doesn’t even show!

Poor app development
This app was poorly built, the delays and disappointment are much in this app. The error of “transaction in progress” should be treated seriously. This app isn’t up to standard compared to the previous GTBank app. Pls this app should be trashed, most times it difficult to log in my account details to open on this non standard app.

Buggy piece of crap
Slowest buggiest banking app and that’s saying a lot! With all the transaction charges this bank steals, at least don’t cut corners with mobile banking app development. Extremely slow to execute the most basic of transactions including logging in, swiping within the app, multiple crashes and everything bad possible. Do better and fix this crap.
