Slow load up
Even with WiFi connection login is slow or delayed not to mention sending transfers. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall for better performance.
The new IU setup is just worse
Why did you have to change the setup? Now everytime I need to put an account number I can’t search the bank like before I have to type 3 letters and most times it doesn’t even show!

Poor app development
This app was poorly built, the delays and disappointment are much in this app. The error of “transaction in progress” should be treated seriously. This app isn’t up to standard compared to the previous GTBank app. Pls this app should be trashed, most times it difficult to log in my account details to open on this non standard app.

Buggy piece of crap
Slowest buggiest banking app and that’s saying a lot! With all the transaction charges this bank steals, at least don’t cut corners with mobile banking app development. Extremely slow to execute the most basic of transactions including logging in, swiping within the app, multiple crashes and everything bad possible. Do better and fix this crap.

Can’t log in
Can you fix this really basic problem? How am I supposed to have confidence in you if I can’t log in on the app reliably?
FYI - this started a day before I am posting this. I can log in on a desktop, but the app just keeps spinning when I enter the same credentials.

Does NOT work in the U.S
For a couple of years now I have been unable to login to the app from the U.S. I can login when in Europe; just not in the U.S. I literally have to use VPN from the States to connect to Europe or Africa in order to get the app to login. For a “global” bank that’s just not acceptable. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Bank statements
Why can’t I get my bank statements from the apps for days that I’ve been trying it? This is so frustrating and you should please do something about this cause other bank apps are not like this

This app is one of the most outdated apps in the world, how come you guys are among the top best banks in the world having despite having this much outdated app, well, I guess you guys should do something about this, and should be pretty soon.
Unusable
I downloaded the app few months ago and when I had filled in all my credentials 2 days after or there so it logged me out… I deleted it and tried again but this time I couldn’t even log in at all and this is a big issue cause the app works on my other phone just not on this one. Fix this please

Pin error
I have been trying to make transfer to my customers and it’s keeps saying invalid pin whereas that’s the same pin I use for ussd banking and it’s working fine, but the pin is not going on the mobile app. Every time I wanna make a transfer it’s keeps saying invalid pin. Have tried resetting the profile and pin still no Available. Pls fix this

Using my PIN for transfers
I can’t see to use set up my pin for transfers with my iPhone. It keeps saying I need to complete the fields but when I click on them, I can’t type anything there.
NO CALENDAR FOR STATEMENT REQUEST
This App has functioned fairly for most of my daily banking needs except for one major flaw. Whenever I want to request for account statement it doesn't provide a calendar to select the beginning and end dates. It only provides a space to manually type in date values which leads to errors. You wouldn't know which format is acceptable e.g DD/MM/YY OR MM/DD/YY etc

Unable to view my transactions history
Am unable to view my transactions history on my mobile banking app I have been contacting your customer care and yet nothing is done
This is shameful for one of our top banks.
Bank is too huge to be having a app that won’t allow someone enjoy all it came with. I am sure you all have been out of the country to understand what I am talking about? Do you know how annoying it’s trying to login for hours and still can’t login ? Ask your developer to update this app and fix all that needs to be fixed. Thanks
