Disappointing
Would not activate with debit card details tells you to call gtconnect for authorisation code, and when you call and hold on the call for a whole century you end up being told they are sorry you should go to the bank!!!!
Needs serious work
I’m currently out of the country and need transactions doing, I can’t physically go to any branch and I’m trying to sign up for the etoken which is a hot mess by the way, I’ve put in the correct details but still says not recognised, your tech team is way below par and needs to catch up, now I can’t do any transactions and I’m left stranded. Pls fix up and pls can your customer care team reply emails as we can’t call directly!!!!!

Terrible App
This app used to be good. I never had any problem with it. But it has now become VERY USELESS. You can imagine one wants to make an important transfer and the app will be frozen.
Simply useless
This is the most useless app ever. All the codes generated on the useless app are invalid. Cannot even use it for transactions. So frustrating

App does not refresh itself
This app is so annoying that I have to turn my phone off and on to refresh. After a day or two of not using the app, it would not prompt you to sign in or forget password, app freezes that I will have to turn it off and on to refresh. Imagine when you’re in a hurry or have an important call ongoing but have to end your call so to turn off and on in order to use. Very useless app. If there is anything less than a star.. that’s what I would give.

I could not make a payment for a whole day and could not even navigate the eToken
Gtb token not letting me sign in
For sometime I’ve been struggling to log into my gt e-Token account, it keeps saying I should call a number to get authorization code , I’ve called this number non stop but it keeps saying the same number can’t receive calls. I don’t understand this …… Why is the gt e token not working or is my card now blocked? Cos I have an atm I don’t use often except for online banking mostly and it’s still valid

Terrible update
My old token app was working very fine. Then they initiated an update that messed everything up. Now, this doesn’t work anymore. Was the update necessary?
Bank card not working for authorization
This app is useless oooo since i updated my app I can no long longing to get a token code. I can’t authorize the app with my bank atm card

This app has zero consideration for people living overseas. The E-token can generate a code and calling or sending messages to yourselves was futile! Stay away from the bank!

Terrible! Terrible!! App!
Downloaded this app so I can use it with my GTbank App. And tbh, this has got to be the most useless online financial app tool! I wish I read the comments before downloading and trying to register! Which I still can’t get registered till now! Even with my hardware token, and me inputing all my informations, I still can’t get registered. This’s beyond terrible !
