Bad customer service
I’ve bought shares for couple of days now and it’s not displaying on my wallet. No response of whatsoever from the team. This is not acceptable.

While there was delayed application process for almost a week, one would expect update from from the relevant unit instead of keeping customer in the dark

Extremely backward-based app
I find it extremely disappointing and frustrating that an app such as this does not support instant credit into your wallet after payments from your bank account. This should be a basic feature, something already supported by apps from much
smaller companies.
Waiting 24hrs for funds to be credited is a no-no and should be looked into without further delays.
