Adding a dependant
This app still needs a bit of work. I’ve emailed my findings with the hope that it will be corrected and updated but the update hasn’t done anything. While trying to add a dependant, you can’t add their date of birth as it changes back to the current date. You also can’t add their birth certificate via pdf other that photo which might be a large file. Please correct this issues.

Sold my stock and still haven’t been reimbursed.
I Sold my stock and still haven’t been reimbursed. I first sold on April 10 no money was sent to me, i thought it was the app policy or something. After thorough inspection as to why that happened, I had to remove the remaining balance may 13 and I can’t also believe they haven’t sent me this money ever after they sent mail that it’s coming on 18th which is today. I just had to go through the reviews on this app and I found out that one person has same issue with me. You better let us have our money back or I’ll report this app

Can’t Reset Password
Are you guys sure your QA team is validating these features/fixes or even running regression before approving for the app to go to store? Now I can’t even reset my password in peace. The reset token comes in but when I try changing password, I get “An unknown error occurred while processing your request”.

Review of InvestNaija
recently revisited my account with InvestNaija after being inactive for some time, and I must say the platform has remained a reliable option for investment-minded individuals.
What I appreciate most is how user-friendly the platform is, even for those who may not be deeply experienced in financial markets. The dashboard is clear, and the process of monitoring investments is straightforward. Their emphasis on financial literacy and simplified investment opportunities makes it easy for everyday Nigerians to build wealth gradually.
Another strong point is their transparency. Returns and risks are explained in plain terms, which gives confidence that your money is in good hands. Communication is professional, and they provide adequate support whenever you need clarification.
That said, one area that could improve is speed of account reactivation and customer response times, especially for people who have been away for a while. A smoother re-engagement process would make the experience even better.
Overall, InvestNaija is a solid investment platform for anyone looking to grow their funds safely and with guidance. I would recommend it for beginners and seasoned investors alike who want a trustworthy Nigerian investment partner.
