I am finding the app too cumbersome to use!
Dear Administrator,
For the past 4 days, I have been unable to access my account because it keeps showing me a pop-up asking me to Create a Transaction Pin each time I come into the app.
It isn’t letting me create a pin, though, because it keeps saying “this user already has an existing pin” each time I try.
I would appreciate your assistance with this please.

This is so far the worst app to use, they’ve withheld my deposited for weeks and each time I contacted their help center they kept telling me to wait 24 to 48 working hours for weeks now… I won’t advice anyone to engage with them…
Why can’t I log in
Haven’t been able to go past the next of kin request in the last week, I fill it out and submit but Keeps saying service is not available…. What’s the plan ??
