Why can’t I log in
Haven’t been able to go past the next of kin request in the last week, I fill it out and submit but Keeps saying service is not available…. What’s the plan ??
Delay in withdrawal
It’s almost 2 weeks and my withdrawal is yet to settle in my bank account. The status reads pending verification. 2 weeks is kinda long to confirm verification. Sometimes we liquidate funds to meet emergency needs and seeing that access to the money is fast creates some doubt about use of the platform

Very unresponsive
Why does it take so long to respond to a simple email and verify opening of an account. Can’t imaging this type of delay.

Do Not Download
I’d advise not to download this App or invest in it. It’s been over 1 week since I requested a withdrawal from my account & it’s yet to be processed. I do not recommend as they’re proved unreliable
