I find it hard to activate in my phone as it continues to ask me to say “Liveness” verification fail
I find it hard to activate in my phone as it continues to ask me to say “Liveness” verification failed even as I am using 4g network and streaming 4k movies and standing in the sun. Please fix it because without facial capture one cannot use it. Worse still you do not allow me to use the old one to solve my emergency. Rubish.

Everything was working well for weeks. Then one day, I ordered something and went to pay for it but the app kept returning a “token validation failed” error message. Embarrassing experience for me. What a useless app!
Couldn’t do Facial Verification
Rubbish App!!! Couldn’t do facial verification since 2 days now. Screen just showing white even in an environment with very good lightning
So easy to setup
I have lost my token for 3 years and due to this I stopped using the bank. But someone sent me money in it and I was wondering what I can do in fact I have stopped using the account until I just said let me try this one and it works. Thank you GTB
App still needs major improvement
The liveness wellness check blank black screen has persistent for months and it’s a shame a bank a whole bank popular in the country is this having this bug , knowing fully well it’s role in businesses and daily lives

If I could give -10 I will do so. The app repeatedly failed the “liveness” checks and ask you to start over and over again and eventually locked me out. Customer service numbers equally useless, so is email.

Terrible Onboarding experience
Like another reviewer mentioned, it would have been best to just update the current e-token app than releasing a new one. I tried to register on this one and the “liveliness check” kept failing - now it gives an error saying the onboarding limit exceeded and there is no guidance on how to get this resolved. Really stressful and disappointing to use.

Activation
Was not possible with facial and hardware token, had to go to the bank branch, an inconcovenience, could not do it from overseas until I was back to Nigeria. Something must be done about it in this digital edge to be made seemless from whereever.
Spontaneous transfer
In less than 5mins I downloaded the new stolen app, got registered for the first time and made a transfer
