Unnecessary 500 naira withhold
An agent walked up to me and convinced me to create an account and after creating my account and depositing 1000 naira they held back 500 and called it account management charges or whatever
That is totally unfair and unnecessary
Because when I intitally asked I was told I would have access to my 1k.. yes it may seem like one thousand naira is not so much of a big deal but the insincerity is what is pissing me off. I should’ve been informed of all this from the start
What do you mean I cannot have access to my 500 naira again “it is reflecting” but I can’t have access to it???!! Abi since when did Nigerian banks start doing that
I regret creating an account with this bank and I highly highly do NOT recommend
At the end of the day I could only withdraw back 450 out of 1000 because of the unnecessary OTP charges too

U can’t transfer successfully using this app .
Frustration App
This app stresses any user with unnecessary long procedures and still fail to give successful transaction. Either it tells you error occurred or fails to connect.
I spent days trying to make a single transaction.
Once I withdraw all my money, I don’t think I will ever use it again.
