Incompetent customer service
What the hell
Bad bad bad

The new update
Useless
How is this supposed to be my problem. At this point, it’s safe to believe that when you close for work by 5pm, your apps closes too. Even USSD never works.
You regress in an unimaginable way.
Hhh
Have been using your bank for years now and everyday your bank gives me a reason to close the account
Cause why am I being debited 5k monthly and I just updated the app I can’t transfer
Am told to enable bank transfer which is already enabled
Can’t transfer to other banks.
Unnecessary 500 naira withhold
That is totally unfair and unnecessary
Because when I intitally asked I was told I would have access to my 1k.. yes it may seem like one thousand naira is not so much of a big deal but the insincerity is what is pissing me off. I should’ve been informed of all this from the start
What do you mean I cannot have access to my 500 naira again “it is reflecting” but I can’t have access to it???!! Abi since when did Nigerian banks start doing that
I regret creating an account with this bank and I highly highly do NOT recommend
At the end of the day I could only withdraw back 450 out of 1000 because of the unnecessary OTP charges too
This is absolutely the worst bank account I have ever created
Most worst bank ever
I will rate the app 0
Frustration App
I spent days trying to make a single transaction.
Once I withdraw all my money, I don’t think I will ever use it again.
Excellent
The bank app is bad
What’s all this nonsense
Who cares
Worst User Experience
Transfer to other banks fails everytime. This app should be taken down. ASAP
Time Wasters
In contrast, I made the same request with another bank, and it was completed within a couple of days — a reminder that efficient service is not too much to expect.
Keystone Bank needs to seriously re-evaluate its customer service processes. Delays and inefficiencies like this don’t just cause frustration — they push loyal customers to leave. With so many alternatives available, no one should have to tolerate such poor responsiveness.
Disappointed, but moving on
