App Malfunction
This bank’s performance is deteriorating fast and i think something should be done fast . I now putting money or tell people not to deposit money in my account as its not guaranteed to work the next day. First Bank what is going on?
This believe me is the worst bank app you’ll ever use.
Imagine being in a place where you need to make an urgent payment, your app won’t work and the USSD won’t either. All I can say is I don’t recommend using this bank.

Bank app not worked for 5days. Ridiculous and painful
Disaster of a bank
Nothing but regrets for using this useless bank. Froze 2 million plus, told me to submit documents, after submitting documents they claimed to have solved the problem which was a lie. Bunch of liars.
