Dangote Refinery IPO not working
The Dangote Refinery IPO is definitely not working. It breaks down once you enter your CSCS number. This is quite disappointing for an institution like First Bank not be able to handle this.

DEVICE ACTIVATION ISSUES
I am trying to activate a new device and it’s been a while since I used my mobile app but the method I’m trying to use to activate this new device using the BVN and face verification method, since I do not have a debit card, but even after inputting my account number and BVN the next option loads perfectly well but after that I get this error message “No registered mobile user found”

Face scan is not working
I can't recover my account using the app...the face scan keeps saying keep in view! Scans from other applications is seamless, this one is eternity to scan
App Malfunction
This bank’s performance is deteriorating fast and i think something should be done fast . I now putting money or tell people not to deposit money in my account as its not guaranteed to work the next day. First Bank what is going on?
This believe me is the worst bank app you’ll ever use.
Imagine being in a place where you need to make an urgent payment, your app won’t work and the USSD won’t either. All I can say is I don’t recommend using this bank.

Nothing but regrets for using this useless bank. Froze 2 million plus, told me to submit documents, after submitting documents they claimed to have solved the problem which was a lie. Bunch of liars.
