Cannot Do Online Banking
Cannot do any transactions for days due to “your iPhone version is under maintenance. Check back later!” I have been checking now for days. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Useless bank ever giving problem
You see reason why people keep choosing likes of Opay palmpay thr money, you people added Bvn for registration on online banking, if you register from now till tomorrow it same issue will be giving you ….be like make I swear for una generation I swear , funny enough I stop using ther bank before as I put money them log me out say make I update now I no get card, to use thr fake bvn option is war

A DISAPPOINTMENT
For two days now I cannot open the app, I rebooted my phone, I updated my phone software I am still checking the app software update just to see if I can access my account yet nothing works. In a saner clime the Bank should have sent message notifying the customers of routine maintenance where applicable but nothing yet. This is utterly disappointing.

I’m currently frustrated with my app constantly telling me an update will be available when it’s not. I’m unable to log in and my money has just been tied up for days. This is completely frustrating and I wish I can rate zero
