I don’t understand what’s going on with carbon I started ajo last year and I saved up to 2 times and I couldn’t continue the ajo due to some financial issues I had last year, so I try to cancel the ajo and get my money back but I couldn’t and in some period of time I couldn’t login into my account anymore, I really don’t like this you guys should refund my money… In the rules for the ajo refund of money was allow if the customer hasn’t take any ajo or it hasn’t reach his/her turn
