Well after a while without using the app I decided to log back in which it did successfully only to log me back out and I keep putting in the right details, it keeps telling me wrong pin now to try to set another it’s requesting for a DOB which I also inputted correctly but it keeps telling me it’s wrong now I have to wait again for another 4 awkward hours before trying this again which might not still come out right. How do I proceed????

Previously I gave them 5 stars and called them “The Best.” But now, I’ll have to reduce the number of stars and advice anyone who cares to know. Whatever you do, don’t join the Carbon circle. It’s a scam. It only benefit carbon, but not you the customer. Normal banks “locked savings” would earn you some interest. Carbon circle is no different from “locked savings,” except this time you’ll lose money paying fees, instead of earning interest. And you’ll most likely be the last person to collect. Which means you’ll only get paid at the end of the circle. If you want to lock your savings for 6 months or 12 months, then do that and earn interest. But don’t join carbon circle that lock up your money, while you pay fees every single months until they decide to give you your money back. It’s better to save on your own, or join a normal proper circle from another platform.

Legitimate digital lenders generally do not require you to send an application fee before disbursing the loan. If this app is legit why would I pay a fee before accessing loan? I think you all are AI for saying this app works Good

I don’t understand what’s going on with carbon I started ajo last year and I saved up to 2 times and I couldn’t continue the ajo due to some financial issues I had last year, so I try to cancel the ajo and get my money back but I couldn’t and in some period of time I couldn’t login into my account anymore, I really don’t like this you guys should refund my money… In the rules for the ajo refund of money was allow if the customer hasn’t take any ajo or it hasn’t reach his/her turn

I just downloaded the app not quite long,and they asked for all details I gave them but they said I should take a selfie and ℹ agreed but whenever I want to take a selfie it won’t show my face it would be blank.

I’m a top tier user of this app and I gotta say it used to be great but not anymore, there’s always a delay of some sort, it glitches too, they also now change almost 100naira for 10k transactions which is supposed to be 50naira. Saying goodbye after years of using it

I don’t know the problem about you carbon,I try to reset my pin and it keep telling me that I should try again in next 30 minutes and this come up everyday I don’t really understand and I have money in my account I hope this not what I’m thinking
