Misleading Payment Timestamps
App does not accurately show when payments (made by check) have been processed…App mislead customers that a payment didn’t process when in fact, it was processed days prior. This information does not populate on the app unless an extra payment is made, prompting an honest review of transaction details, which feels deceptive. Customer service is not helpful providing accurate payment details and getting through to qualified support personnel is a lost cause. Borrowers beware.

It has been a week that I am not able to open the Crypto account. Have been trying to reach customer service, no answer. Better to avoid SOFI!!
No Point, a month has passed by no response from the customer representative service.
Closed all my Checking,Savings and Brokerage accounts!
