Misleading Payment Timestamps
App does not accurately show when payments (made by check) have been processed…App mislead customers that a payment didn’t process when in fact, it was processed days prior. This information does not populate on the app unless an extra payment is made, prompting an honest review of transaction details, which feels deceptive. Customer service is not helpful providing accurate payment details and getting through to qualified support personnel is a lost cause. Borrowers beware.

It has been a week that I am not able to open the Crypto account. Have been trying to reach customer service, no answer. Better to avoid SOFI!!
No Point, a month has passed by no response from the customer representative service.

But this app is simple and offers statistics that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. It also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there, if you're looking for something like that.

Trust
People been mentioning that they’ve been linking their information with PayPal. They’ve been having some sort of trouble getting the refund back. My question is what is really going on is it from PayPal or the banks?🎱🔮☯️

It takes about two weeks to deposits a check that’s totally insane. Sometimes when try to make transfers don’t work
Good app, too many pop ups
Overall, a pretty good banking app. My two biggest complaints though are that some things are hard to find within the app, and they put so many pop ups within the app
Can't use notifcations for transactions because they spam advertisements
Get multiple notifications for ads not actual transactions, no other banking app does this, I struggle to see why I ever swapped to sofi

No barcode to deposit cash no widget.. very few features and nothing that the competitors don’t also provide. Don’t waste your time.
DRIP button
This app has issues with the dividend reinvesting option. I have looked all over this app and I tried using the help and AI to figure out how to turn on DRIP. I keep doing as it says and the button isn’t there under the investing section. My friend didn’t have that option either. Then one day, there it was, Dividend reinvesting. I clicked on it and turned it on. Then the stupid thing disappeared on me again. Sometimes it is there and most of the time it isn’t. I tried looking on my iPhones and my iPad.

Told I Was Approved, Then Rejected – Unprofessional and Frustrating.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company’s handling of my loan application. I was explicitly told that I was approved, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to make plans based on that information. I did everything whatever they said to do it. They caused damage on my credit score due to hard credit check on my name but it did not worth it. They gave me a big hope that I am gonna receive the loan but they suddenly denied it.
This kind of back-and-forth is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and communication. It wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and damaged my trust in your services. If I could give zero stars — or even negative stars — I would. Do not waste your time with this company if reliability and honesty matter to you. They say one thing and then do another. Terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone.” This bank is for middle high income class people not for ordinary self employed public people. It will be difficult to get anything from them. Not worth it to try.

Amazing All-in-one!
The best banking app I’ve used so far with stilll room fir improvement. Only main complaint i have is that I am bit able to send out crypto to other wallet, which imo is almost a deal breaker for any crypto wallet in 2026 but i’ll wait it out for the update since the app is just that good otherwise:)

Need a way to allow or remove those on the list. Someone i didn’t authorize removed a lot of my money. That would stop this from happening and needs to be fixed asap.
