My main account balance and number aren’t showing on the dashboard. I have refreshed my app multiple times yet no luck

When it comes to ease of use this is the most difficult app to use as it makes you re-login several times before a Successful transaction

Can’t log in

I have used the UBA mobile app for awhile now, even with the issues that comes with it. Recently, I noticed that I can sign in but it won’t bring up my dashboard. It will show that I have signed in, but I can’t do anything.
I received an sms from UBA that the app has been upgraded. However, there is no button to upgrade on the App Store. I am still getting the same display.
