I excitedly decided to open a Nigerian bank account so I could conveniently send money to family back home. I genuinely thought UBA knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, I’ve been consistently disappointed.
There is basically no year that goes by without me having issues with this app. And it’s not just one app either — UBA seems to have several different apps, and I honestly don’t understand why there are so many in the first place.
For a bank of UBA’s size and reputation, the digital banking experience and customer support should be significantly better.
I’m honestly done. When I next visit Nigeria, I’ll be taking my business to another bank.

Worst mobile app
I never thought of it that UBA will be this worst app ever. Over two weeks now, I can’t access app and the secure pass app is another nightmare. I just hope to clear my account and get rid of this useless bank

Very easy to use with amount of money requiring pin only. Secure pass requires redisigning or updating. UBA wake up
