Poor Customer Service
I had no issues with the previous version of the app. However, since downloading the new app, I have been unable to log in despite multiple attempts. Additionally, my interactions with the customer care team have been disappointing and, unfortunately, far from the level of service I would expect.

Can’t use the app as it doesn’t allow me to manually input the OTP I received on a different device.
Very useless bank app!
The old app was working just fine (most of the time) and now the new update I downloaded won’t even let me log in after asking for secure pass code which I provided. How can you release an update that is worse than the last??
If you guys don’t know how to build apps on your own, go and hire people who do! You’re a multi billion dollar company and yet your app is still so terrible? Every one of you at UBA should be ashamed of yourselves.
