I am getting an error occurred whenever i try to use the app very frustrating.
Buggy App
This app is not stable. Very buggy! UBA you can do better!
Poor Customer Service
I had no issues with the previous version of the app. However, since downloading the new app, I have been unable to log in despite multiple attempts. Additionally, my interactions with the customer care team have been disappointing and, unfortunately, far from the level of service I would expect.

How come my phone is linked to two accounts number
Does not allow one to input OTP
Can’t use the app as it doesn’t allow me to manually input the OTP I received on a different device.
Very useless bank app!
The old app was working just fine (most of the time) and now the new update I downloaded won’t even let me log in after asking for secure pass code which I provided. How can you release an update that is worse than the last??
If you guys don’t know how to build apps on your own, go and hire people who do! You’re a multi billion dollar company and yet your app is still so terrible? Every one of you at UBA should be ashamed of yourselves.

Quite a useless and frustrating App ever
This bank app is deeply useless and frustrating. It’s of no regard to urgencies nor timeliness with which to get a transaction done and move on. In probable attempt to be secure and safety conscious the bank frustrated their customers more. Every bank seems to give their customers best efficiency experience, not UBA. They should go learn from GTB, Access, Zenith and grow up. Terrible.

No visible account number on my dashboard
My dashboard is only showing shortcuts and foreign exchange

Nothing really works on the app, I tried inputting my details but it’s not even working.

Works but very buggy and slow
I’m writing this review because I’m currently stocked on the login page. I login before and setup my FaceId but after closing the App and opening i can’t login. I’m asked to select the account but when the list is extended i only see a white background. When i click on it, the app refresh and does the same thing

I prefer this app!!!
This was my favorite app, it was fast and efficient and the user interface was friendly and interactive. Until all of a sudden, UBA suspends my account in the app and when I called customer service I was asked to download the other one that is so much slower and looks like it was developed in the late 1900s. Please fix this app back so I can revert back to it. I really dislike that other one.

Blank Dashboard
Please it has been months, all I can see is a blank dashboard on this app, can’t make any form of transactions or check balance , please is there a fix for this ?

Need to do a better job
I think this app can be so much better than it is right now. For instance, if you are typing anything, e.g., beneficiary name or reason for transaction, if for any reason autocorrect is triggered, the app freezes completely and then crashes. I have complained about this and for a time, it appears to have been fixed. The next update brought back the issue.
Now, if I log in, I only see shortcuts. I can’t access any other thing or do transactions on the app. Quite frustrating. I thought it was just my device. I installed same app on an Android device and logged in - same issue. Next I see is an “Unhandled Error.”
I have been assured that this is being worked on but just asking, how long is it supposed to take?
