I have been trying to access my account for over two weeks the a would not work. I deleted and reinstalled but it still doesn’t work. This is really disappointing if only the boards can genuinely focus on improving the quality of IT services and support to customers especially does in the diaspora that cannot just walk into the branch for help.

I excitedly decided to open a Nigerian bank account so I could conveniently send money to family back home. I genuinely thought UBA knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, I’ve been consistently disappointed.
There is basically no year that goes by without me having issues with this app. And it’s not just one app either — UBA seems to have several different apps, and I honestly don’t understand why there are so many in the first place.
For a bank of UBA’s size and reputation, the digital banking experience and customer support should be significantly better.
I’m honestly done. When I next visit Nigeria, I’ll be taking my business to another bank.
