My main account balance and number aren’t showing on the dashboard. I have refreshed my app multiple times yet no luck

When it comes to ease of use this is the most difficult app to use as it makes you re-login several times before a Successful transaction

Can’t log in
I have used the UBA mobile app for awhile now, even with the issues that comes with it. Recently, I noticed that I can sign in but it won’t bring up my dashboard. It will show that I have signed in, but I can’t do anything.
I received an sms from UBA that the app has been upgraded. However, there is no button to upgrade on the App Store. I am still getting the same display.

Why has the app stopped opening for up to 2 weeks now??? Tf you want ur users to do? What about those that makes transactions using just the app and don’t have a bank card?? So if I want to use the money In my account, I need to go to a bank and get withdrawal slip…. Be like say una no serious for this bank thing sha

Issue with OTP
I don’t understand why, but when requesting an OTP, my keyboard does not appear. When I use auto entry for the verification code, the keyboard then appears, but when I try to type the code, the app doesn’t register the input. Please fix this ASAP.

At this point UBA should outsource the development of UBA banking apps. I have never used a functioning UBA app for more than a year. There is a new app every season and all don’t work well long enough.

My UBA mobile app has not been opening for the past 3days since I updated it, i urgently need assistance in solving this issue as soon as possible.

I won’t swear for the developer behind this terrible development yet. For goodness sake, how is my limit 5m and I’m only opportune to send out only 200k. The secure pass or token is not going either and it’s close to impossible to speak with a customer care. If this opportunity pass me by huh, I’ll surely say goodbye to this bank. It’s over a decade banking with you and it sucks that transfer is a problem thing in 2026 🤬🤬🤬

Just Terrible
I don’t understand how your previous versions are better than the upgrades. The layout is poor, it gets slower each with upgrade, you can’t view transaction history. I can’t even login anymore at this point, thank God for Leo. You people forced me to open a MFB. Just terrible abeg. Tell Tony to fix up!

Use UBA at your own risk. I’ve been stranded. They have not sorted this login issue… everyone has been complaining. UBA will frustrate you, don’t even try it
