Most horrible bank App
The designers of this App have warped minds. This is one bank app that’s not meant or fitted for modern banking on the go. The user will be thoroughly frustrated. They should learn from others like gtb, access to perfect their craft. This is not an app. Terribly useless.

My main account balance and number aren’t showing on the dashboard. I have refreshed my app multiple times yet no luck

Can’t log in
I have used the UBA mobile app for awhile now, even with the issues that comes with it. Recently, I noticed that I can sign in but it won’t bring up my dashboard. It will show that I have signed in, but I can’t do anything.
I received an sms from UBA that the app has been upgraded. However, there is no button to upgrade on the App Store. I am still getting the same display.

Why has the app stopped opening for up to 2 weeks now??? Tf you want ur users to do? What about those that makes transactions using just the app and don’t have a bank card?? So if I want to use the money In my account, I need to go to a bank and get withdrawal slip…. Be like say una no serious for this bank thing sha
