This is the worst bank in Nigeria and with the worst customer service, I’ll be closing my account with them, it’s really frustrating, they never seem to have network to fix problems. If I could leave a half star rating I would do that the 1 star is generous enough.

Your soft token app has a serious login problem, I’ve been trying to login it keeps saying error is that supposed to happen???

Slow & outdated

It’s 2026 please hire sound developers to improve your app. It is extremely slow for transfers compared to other financial institutions and it’s lagging/slow in general for other basic transactions.
