Upgrade issues

Why are you guys always upgrading the app every now and then? It’s so frustrating now, every two days another upgrade and it’s even hard to upgrade on the App Store, please you guys should buckle up and do better.

complaint

very frustrating, and your calls arent even picked. what kind of service is this

No biometric transfer

No biometric transfer at this stage of banking system too bad

😡😡

This is the worst bank in Nigeria and with the worst customer service, I’ll be closing my account with them, it’s really frustrating, they never seem to have network to fix problems. If I could leave a half star rating I would do that the 1 star is generous enough.
