Your soft token app has a serious login problem, I’ve been trying to login it keeps saying error is that supposed to happen???
Slow & outdated
It’s 2026 please hire sound developers to improve your app. It is extremely slow for transfers compared to other financial institutions and it’s lagging/slow in general for other basic transactions.

Terrible customer service
They have the worst banking system in the entire world, multiple failed transactions, sometimes the apps refuse to open, currently I’m waiting on money that has been sent to me since 3:15pm no alert no nothing.

So sad the bank don’t meet up to finance standard of cash flow, horrible app with outdated application, bugs, only send and receive money app no quality features.
Worst App and Bank Ever
I have never seen a banking app as useless as this, and that’s why things in Nigeria will not change. Tell me why I am trying to sign up to online banking for the past hour. Mind you, I already have an account with them, just not an online one, But due to issues with their server, it hasn’t been letting me get past the complete registration for the past hour. My biggest regret is opening an account with them in the first place. Please do not open an account with this bank at all

This App is one of the worst in terms of functionality compared to other apps. Sometimes it can take up to 15-20mins just to load the page where you will put your sign in information.
Tho has been happening to me for years now. Sometimes it will load faster. Fidelity you need to do better

Virtual card error
Hi bank I can’t create a virtual/online card on my app and other banks do that like it’s nothing what could the problem be I’m updating the app right now to check if I can create it after the upgrade keep up the good work transfers and transactions have been fantastic so far So I hope I can create the card I would try it immediately after the update

Very poor network app is malfunctioning and has not been operational for days .
Very sensitive and secure.
The fidelity mobile banking app makes me feel safe about my money …the app’s sensitivity regarding logins and timing while in use , makes it both secured and exciting.

What is actually wrong with the current app? For years I have been using this phone do almost all transactions. Suddenly today I am being asked to upgrade. The upgrade is not opening up at the App Store. My fear is that it may ask me to upgrade the phone and force me to buy another phone. Are you people conspiring with phone companies to force your customers’ hands? Why would you fix something that is not broken if there is nothing there for you? Please leave me where I am, I de taste any upgrade that will make me to buy another. I have powerful computers that are doing more for me. The phone is just for my communication and limited bank transfers.

, they poor services and don’t bloody care for its customers. They turn off their services anytime they want. It’s a rubbish and the app is useless. Very useless bank. None of the customer care numbers works, if you can’t them on WhatsApp, the prompt keeps bringing out what you didn’t request, email takes them weeks to reply, leaving customers so vulnerable.
