Tricky
I’ve dealt with this Bank for 20+ years never had an overdraft charge. It been close to one today. I find out that they post charges before they post deposits as pretty cheap way out as far as I’m concerned I will be closing this account and moving to a decent honest bank. I’m not happy with them at all. They have a lot of rules where they can take money from your account. They’ve been doing that at seven dollars and four dollars per month for a couple years now I’m just fed up with it.

Wesley with the Cary Branch was very helpful as received a investigation notification text but the information sent had my name spelled incorrectly and I was afraid to open the text until I talk with Wesley at the Cary office. He was so helpful and did return my call and had a debut card reissued. Thank you for hiring him as very little people care in today world.

The app might not have all the frills of the mega banks… but it works, and if I have an issue, I can get a real person that I know on the phone at my local branch. Try that with a mega bank

I love this app. You can have fraud prevention, easy photo deposits, ATM withdrawal no problem. And live the interest baring money market.
