Poor and slow
App is clunky. Poor investment choices. Transfer out takes 3 weeks (even in 2026!).

App unusable
Can’t view my account anymore as cookie acceptance options are now in German and grey out the screen. Will be leaving if things don’t improve really quickly. You can’t justify the high service charge.
Constant error when login

Can’t log in
I have my credentials stored in a password manager and can log into the desktop website without issue. However I cannot log into this app as it keeps saying my username is unknown.
Pension
Why can I not see my pension account like I always have? App is saying I don’t have an account????😡
Performance data
The performance data is totally inadequate and not fit for purpose! Needs a lot of work! Happy to help if you need any assistance.
Slowest app ever
I have several platforms for investing like Charles Stanley, trading 212, hargreaves landsdown and Barclays.
This is the worst app of the lot as it’s so slow and not very user friendly.

Really poor app
For such a well known investment company there is obviously little investment in their app. Having been a customer of several different investment firms over the years this is by far one of the worst apps amongst those used. The interface is poorly designed, laid out and slow to respond. The graphs showing your pension or share performances are poorly represented. One of the areas that also needs improvement is when purchasing shares or investments where it feels clunky and poorly designed.
I’m sure with some investment it would be great given many other firms (HL, IG, Trading 212, Wealthify) all have well designed, easy to use apps, shame this is lagging far behind.

A bit flaky
Inconsistent login process. Just told me I don’t have an account. Retried and it worked. Not confidence inspiring
Fund names keep disappearing
Funds names keep disappearing from the list of my investments from 2 pm to 6 pm UK time. This is very annoying so please fix the app.
Very bad
Avoid if possible. Very hard to manage the app. Very hard to even invest due to poor design of the app. Get trading 212

Why is the pricing on the UK stocks not updating since yesterday. No banner to explain. Unnecessary stress when you cannot see the real value of your investments.
Not user friendly and pretty pointless
The app itself is almost pointless. So basic, you can’t do much from it.. it doesn’t even stay logged in like the orther apps i have, i have to keep logging each time. Trading, buying, selling takes ages… needs improvement. Like everything!

This is the error I have had on my account for the last few days. There’s no way of raising a ticket on the app, so I thought I’d leave you a 1 start review. Hopefully you’ll see it. I agree with the other reviewers that the app is poor and definitely ready for a refresh to bring it up to date.

App is now very dated
The app is so far behind competitors. It is extremely hard to compare the performance of the assets in your portfolio without having to go into detailed reports. It should have the charges and performance of each fund (over 1Y, 3Y and 5Y) available next to each fund in your portfolio page
