App suddenly does not work.
Then again, few things with this company do, so why would it?

I’ve never able to use the app since it’s been installed. It can never connect to the modem. No stars for this app!

It never works. Always has some issue or another stating the app can’t connect to the modem. I’m not surprised though. The internet service is subpar. Constantly disconnecting, and much slower than what we pay for.
This App is Crap!
All you need to know is not to waste your time downloading this app, it will not work. The internet service is great but this app is horrible, 1 star is being generous.

Not the best
Speed test always fails. Can’t connect to modem is the standard with this app. I mean really? Super big tech company can’t have a decent functioning app to monitor and help with internet/modem problems. And tech support? Well it’s best to just plug and unplug cause that is all they tech department will tell you to do.

Never works
I’ve continuously tried to connect my router to it and it never does and Im not calling tech support just for them to say its the app nothing we can do. You are a million dollar company how about investing in a better App.
Doesn’t work
This app connected to my network a time or two but then quit all together. Even when it did work, it was slow and cumbersome.
“Updated” Internet is more broken
Fidelity and FidelityHOME were great. For years AT&T was my only option. The second I could jump ship for Fidelity Communications, I took it.
This app was amazing. Then, the updates to our connection came. Internet connection into our home was spotty at best, and down for hours at worse. “It’ll be better. We’re putting in Fiber. Here is a brand new modem that will support it!”
Oops, sorry, connection is still worse than it was before the upgrade AND the app that controls our modem that we assured you would still be compatible (ahem, this one)? Well, it’s not.
Sad day when you actually realize you’d like to switch to AT&T.

App won’t recognize that I’m connected TO MY OWN WIFI
Rarely Connects to Modem
I’m able to use this app on occasion but majority of the time it doesn’t connect to my modem unless I constantly restart my modem which doesn’t make sense. When I can use it I like having the feature to be able to change your username and password, or block unknown devices from using your wifi.
App Never Works
App constantly says it can’t connect to my modem even when I’m sitting right next to it and all the lights are on. I’ve tried restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and rebooting my modem. The only thing that has worked is rebooting my modem and I’m not going to do that every time I want to use the app. I like being able to schedule times and block devices, but if I can’t open the app I can’t unblock those devices if needed. This app needs a lot of work and is very frustrating.

The app doesn’t work at all. I was told by a customer service rep that they are working on a new app, but they have no idea when it will be ready.
Does basics
As someone else stated, crashes trying to mess with advanced WiFi options like rate limiting and WiFi channel. But if you just want to change the WiFi password or see how many devices are connected it’s fine

Doesn’t connect with modem. Just says modem isn’t supported. Even though the modem is the same as in description.

Minor Bugs
App seems simple to use and is pretty nice to actually look at what’s going on with your internet. Overall a 4 because it could use some work. I recently tried to view the “advanced” settings under one of the connected devices and as soon as I press it, the app crashes. Haven’t had any other crashes though.
