Use to be a good app
This app used to be a great way to make some extra cash, not so much anymore. The Taken jobs stay up on the screen, instead of disappearing right away, like they used to. Why? That is completely unnecessary. It just adds to confusion. It’s already a rat race to try to get jobs. The app needs to allow a maximum of jobs per person. It’s not worth it anymore.

App Needs Updating
I have several shelf view jobs on my app every single day and every single day they sit there all day long and say sorry not available. If it’s not available, it should be taken down. Why do I have to sort through all these jobs that are not available to me, why is it not updating? This has been going on for months. I might come back later and give you some good stars if you fix this issue soon.

Always finds a reason to not pay
I tried using this App to do side jobs. Almost every time they find a reason to not pay. For instance, I recently did a Target job. I completed all tasks but one area was under construction so I couldn’t take pictures but I did provide a picture of the construction signage with a comment. They denied the full job. I spent an hour, filled out over 50 questions and was robbed of the gas money and the $6 job fee. It’s a joke.

Pretty good field app
My sister recommended this app to me. I like the variations of jobs my biggest gripe is when stuff is taken. A job could pop up and still remain up or reappear even if someone claimed it. I hope they can fix this in the future for an update bc to me it’s a great app and you get paid fast ( a day for me).

What was once is no longer
My oh my how awesome of an app this used to be. Until I convinced my wife to give it a try. She completed 2 tasks, total was like $29 and she had payouts connected to her chime, just as I do for mine. 1 day, 2 days then 3 then 5 then a week now almost a month….still hasn’t got her money. We’ve reached out to Chime, we’ve reached out to FA. Chime clearly shows no deposits for the money she cashed out, however FA says they hopped right on the issue and we she should be expecting her money right away!!!….that was 2 weeks ago.
Then there’s the issue with jobs being in the “available” portion but as soon as you click on it an error message with a red background pops up and says something like “hhhm our bad this jobs no longer available!!” And it’s always the ones right by my house-ya kno, convenient.
Ultimately they don’t offer that great of pay-$2 for a task that could take 30mins sometimes. If you’re lucky nobody will do those then they start adding to the bounty.
Their help center people are the bomb, they get back with you right away and are definitely trying to fix what the issue is you’re reporting but I think some stuff is out of their hands-like my wife’s money!!

The app is easy to navigate, and the jobs are straightforward and simple to complete. It’s a great way to make some extra money in my spare time, especially when I’m already out running errands.
I like that I can choose which jobs I want to take and work whenever it fits my schedule. It’s definitely worth checking the app regularly for new opportunities!

Camera feature is better than most. Excessively slow roll on job approvals. You can submit something on a Saturday and not get paid till Wednesday.

Ive been using it for more than 5 years
I really enjoy grocery shopping and this app helps me a lot. Only thing I would suggest is to state Costco items in full name and item number that can be found on Costco App. Right now its coded weird and its almost impossible to find the item

Glitch has persisted for months
Decent app when it works. Within the job search tab, there’s a glitch with a red banner that shows up when jobs are already taken because the server “hasn’t been able to take them down yet,” but these jobs/glitches are “available”/visible for days/weeks, so how is it that the server hasn’t been able to take them down..? This glitch started in July and supposedly the developers and staff can’t see them, but I see the red banner is seen on 75%+ of the jobs available to me soooo..? It seems like they don’t know what they’re doing or something to be aware of the glitch and be unable to fix it within seconds via coding. My friend has no engineering/coding education, created an app via Claude, and fixes issues within seconds… sooo what’s up, Field Agent?

Taking forever to approve jobs and then they deny it for stupid reasons and you waste your time for zero dollars. Don’t bother!!

Great way to make extra $
I am really enjoying using the “Field Agent” APP. I can complete surveys and shopping tasks to earn money and free products. Instructions within each task are almost always clear and concise. It is a fun and easy way to earn a little extra cash.

Made me buy something at £17 said i would get all my money back after my review and then only gave me £12
Not having Always option
Not happy that I can’t get the always option to notify me once a job has dropped.
Good for some extra pocket change
It’s a pretty good app if you’re looking to make some extra pocket change. Some of the tasks are simple and sometimes you get to try new things like Tim Hortons. But I think the pay has decreased for some of the tasks recently because you’re required to do more work for the same pay as before.

I absolutely love Field Agent Ap . It’s easy to maneuver . Do your screeners and get matched with task . Couldn’t be more easier . I’ve had the opportunity to try new products and give my honest review . Wish I had signed up sooner .I’ve made well over $1000 using the app .
Great option to make some extra money
I’ve been a Field Agent for less than a month. I’m not overworking and have made $130 so far. Usually I just look what jobs are available nearby. I had only one job denied. It was one of my first jobs where quite a few photos needed to be taken, so I was confused and submitted some wrong photos.
