Frustrating!!
The app is nicely designed from an interface standpoint. Like most field inspection jobs the pay is generally low. But my main complaint is that 99% of the time I am shown jobs that are NOT available. Even after a refresh, jobs will disappear only to reappear a few minutes later then I still get a message stating the job has already been taken. If the job isn’t available DO NOT SHOW IT TO ME! I’m likely going to stop using this app because of this. There are clearly some bugs that need to be worked out. There are other gig apps that function a lot better and display jobs that are actually available. I took off three stars because of the ongoing frustration.

Ignorance at its finest
This company is a joke. They’re fishing for information from retailers at your expense. They claim they’ll pay you for your services, but instead make up excuses as to why you didn’t meet the guidelines and you lose your time and effort. They still use whatever information you gathered but you don’t get paid. This is an immature company run by, most likely immature children from a third world country. They get their feelings hurt and cancel your app from working and claim you didn’t follow their guidelines. Poor business practices like this is why you shouldn’t bother to waste your time. Find another service that actually pays you for the time you invest. To all retailers out there be on the lookout out for people photographing your products as they most likely are trying to steal information for this disreputable company.

I haven’t had the app for a super long time but so far I have a good experience with it. I appreciate how there are job tasks available at various locations. It’s free to use and was very easy and quick to set up an account which I liked! So zero headache, As opposed to mystery shopping where you are required to get

Very user unfriendly
Beware this app is very unfriendly they will give you tasks and not pay you by finding any minor detail that was not disclosed in the description of the task to avoid paying you. They reply always with “we don’t get paid until you do” and you cannot correct your mistakes. I have been their contractor worker for years and would not recommend it as I have lots of experience

This app allowed me to try a lot of new things from retail and act as a mystery shopper most times while getting to products to test out and review. Really fun if like to have adventures trying new things
Company Going Downhill
This app used to be real cool but now it is a complete waste of time. You have to check it nonstop and the jobs are gone within seconds. The app also glitches more than any survey app I’ve ever witnessed and it can be downright impossible to get jobs even though they’re available every day. The customer service is horrendous and they either don’t respond to you or they take days to respond. You will also have random jobs where you did everything correct and it just denies it and then they never actually tell you why. Unless you are desperate for money, I would stay away from this app because it’s a complete waste of time.

Any reason to deny
I submitted my 18 pictures last week. I followed the instructions to a tee and was still denied. I’m 80% sure they have AI bots review the audits because I was asked to photograph Gelbottle product displays. I did so and My audit was denied because the store display doesn’t look like the example they sent. On top of being denied for something uncontrollable, it took forever for them to review my audit in the first place. Super sketchy app but I’ll update if they fix.

Unprofessional Support Team
The app support team are very unprofessional and very aggressive in their communication. They don’t take user feedback whatsoever and the use of all-caps in the written layout of their app is so aggressive and in-your-face. User experience overall has been ruined over a support team with too much ego, lack of grammar skills, and no accountability.

This app is useless and it makes you waste time and gas just to be denied for no reason with no explanation at all. Plus it take forever for you to get the money that you worked for making it even more useless. 0/10 would not recommend. I will be deleting this app.
