Ongoing issues with application not showing elite viewers open Vue’s, while allowing other elite vuers to see open vues. I have reported this to Ivuet app and to the company itself but nothing has been done to correct the issue. Connectivity issues in the field also in uploading vues have always been an issue and app crashing.

The newest version of Ivuet app is not saving my filters, I’ve logged out and logged back in but everytime I’m closing the app and reopening it the next time my filters are gone I also deleted the app and reinstalled it I am having the same issue.

Any suggestions or fixes? And yes I’ve hit apply when I seltect my filters but they will not stay saved I have an IPhone 17.

Thanks

Unpaid deadline

I understand that there are deadlines that have to be met. The estimated time to complete this one particular project was 30 minutes. But in order to complete I had to wait for the. Manager of the store to approve the survey. The manager was not in so I had to wait for his phone call. To the store supervisor. This took about 20 minutes. I completed the entire project and was ready to submit three minutes later than the expiring time limit.. I can understand if I hadn’t started the work or if I did not complete it due to my own incompetence, but surely there should be some leeway when the manager of the property has delayed my report. So the policy is that the entire project is canceled, I don’t get paid for it and now the company has to wait for somebody else to pick up the project in a area that is not well covered. It would make more sense to pay me for the time I put into this as opposed to this going back into a queue, hoping that somebody will pick it up. I was told there’s nothing that could be done.

It okay

Nothing great. Make extra money, be be ready to be harassed by home owners

Starts to fizzle

I have been doing vues for more than a year and have made some great money. Most of the upgrades to the app early on helped. Some of the upgrades recently seem to be hurting more than helping.

Removing the addresses of residential vues eliminates those as an option for me. Notifications are non existent or sporadic at best. I don’t get notifications and lose out on opportunities due to the app not pushing them to me, even with all options being available.

Also, dropping vues at midnight or 3am seems counterproductive to making those vues available to preferred vuers before others.

Also, I paid for a background check, it was completed, but the vues requiring a BG check are not available to me.

Lastly, the location settings often glitch and I will be shown at a location many miles from where I actually am located. Chat told me to work around it. Not helpful.

FAQ

What does the iVueit app do?

This app allows users to earn money by taking photos of local properties and completing short surveys. Users act as "Vuers" to provide on-demand visual insights for brands about their properties nationwide. It's a way to make extra cash by documenting everyday things like signage, landscapes, and more.

How do I earn money with iVueit?

You earn money by finding available "Vues" (tasks) on the app's map in your area. Once you claim a Vue, you submit the requested photos and answer a few simple survey questions about the property. Successful completions are rewarded with cash payments ranging from $5 to $100 per Vue.

Is iVueit free to use?

Yes, the iVueit app is free to download and use. The app itself does not require any upfront payment to start earning. Earnings are generated by completing the photo and survey tasks offered within the app.

What are the requirements to use iVueit?

Anyone with a smartphone and an eye for taking pictures can use iVueit. No resume or prior experience is needed to become a "Vuer." It is recommended to keep your location and notification settings turned on for the best experience, as this allows you to be alerted to new tasks in your vicinity.

What kind of tasks can I expect on iVueit?

Tasks, or "Vues," typically involve taking photos of various aspects of local properties. This can include things like signage, landscaping, building exteriors, or snow removal. After taking the photos, you'll answer a short survey about the property's condition or appearance.
