Please create for android, department uses android phones. Great app. Could be a little difficult to use on drop downs are a little bit slow perhaps if you started typing and it would select that drop-down it would quick in the process. Would also be great if you could edit some of your drive downs to create agency specific.

Great App

Really good app, always used my note section in my phone, this helps be a little more organized.
One thing I dealt with today, not a huge deal but if we could get the “US Gov” as an option for the state/province selection drop down for the vehicle registrations.

Thank you for your feedback. Few Officers with a Pro model experienced some scanning issues after upgrading their iPhone to the latest iOS version (17.4.1). We identified the issue and just released a fix. Feel free to update the app and the scanning issue will go away.

Scanning issues

Great app, however having issues constantly with scanning registrations, scanning licenses works perfect. But, everyone I go to scan a registration it does not want to scan.

Registration Decal Scan

Can we get a better system to import registration information by scanning the registration decal on the windshield.

I think this app is great, I just wish you had the ability to search for fi cards by name like being able to type in someone’s name and the fi card pop up rather than scrolling through all of them looking for it.

Thank you for your feedback Officer! I'm happy to let you know that we have added what you asked for. The last version of FI Card lets you export cards as PDF files with all the photos you took (persons, vehicles and incident photos). We hope you like it!

Excellent app

The only feedback that I would have is maybe a custom or fill-in option for most of the drop downs. Other than that this app has been phenomenal. I pretty much put all my info into the app and then email it to myself for my reports. The fact that I can take a picture of and scan an id for prefill makes things so much easier. This really is super a super useful tool.
I hope you guys continue to develop and improve tools for LEOs.

Game Changer

I absolutely love this application. It makes Field Interview and note taking a breeze. I would like to see the ability to add more than a single address, especially if the person has a physical address and mailing address. I’d also like to see Apple Pencil Support.

Thank you Officer for your feedback. It's possible to enter 2 addresses today (home and work) for each individual. Hopefully this helps.

Almost decided to buy it

The app is nice, but incomplete. I liked what I saw but ended up deleting it for two reasons. Emailed reports do not contain photographs and pictures are only for people, not vehicles, or as simple incident attachments. This makes the app useless for me. Would be happy to try again if made more complete.
