September 1, 2026

The Disposition screen has been enhanced to improve the visibility of the selected disposition, support selecting multiple dispositions at once, and automatically select the disposition when only one option is configured in the MMP. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Shield Mobile, the Create Call Widget now allows the user to select their status when creating a call. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Shield Mobile, administrators can now remotely log a user out of a device from the MMP. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Shield Mobile, the FPM Preplan Search now supports searching by Occupant in addition to Structure. The Route Map Widget now has a button to show or hide the map tips. Geofence map tip was enhanced to have an open details button so a long description can be viewed.

Not user friendly

The list that gives you options of in and out of service, on scene, available, etc. is in an order that makes no sense and we as the user can’t adjust it. Frustrating when your attention is on something else and need to change your status.
Also, when we go back in service it should automatically remove the location in the secondary location.

The list that gives you options of in and out of service, on scene, available, etc. is in an order that makes no sense and we as the user can’t adjust it. Frustrating when your attention is on something else and need to change your status.

Wish it had CarPlay

The app is fine. There’s some idiosyncrasies that don’t let the date of birth be correct for some reason but all in all it’s an OK app. I really wish you would connect to Apple CarPlay so that it would give me some displays in the unmarked vehicle vehicles.
