There is 'contact us' option in the app or you can reach us by a email - fieldsareaspray@gmail.com if you tried to contact us via 'contact us' and didn't receive a response check your emails spam or other sections.
Paid for it only gave me a week of use and wants me to buy a year

You took a 7 days free trial, free trial goes with a yearly plan, if you don't want to have a yearly subscription you just have to cancel your trial in timely manner.
