There is 'contact us' option in the app or you can reach us by a email - fieldsareaspray@gmail.com if you tried to contact us via 'contact us' and didn't receive a response check your emails spam or other sections.
Paid for it only gave me a week of use and wants me to buy a year

You took a 7 days free trial, free trial goes with a yearly plan, if you don't want to have a yearly subscription you just have to cancel your trial in timely manner.

All payments are managed by Apple store so nothing is charged without permission, you agree with Apple store policy by agreeing to terms and conditions, if you have issue with Apple play payments policy please direct your complains to Apple store support.

Measurement accuracy while using GPS measuring depends on your device quality and additional factors not on the app. The app itself has no accuracy at all, it only portrays what it receives from your device.
