Wants permission to access contacts
Been using for years to track FS hours. Want to use RV feature but I don’t want or need it to have access to contacts but can’t seem to use it without granting permission. Want option to add RV without needing to make RV a contact.

Works very well
Ive used this app for 10 or 15 years, and it works very well. Although it still lists all of the items we no longer use, even as pioneers, i love it for its other features. For example, it “estimates” the address and it nails it every time with the complete address. It also gives the option to enter rv’s by numerous categories according to your preference. It can either automatically or manually enter literature and identify what type of literature. It can start a time clock to record your time. And the list goes on and on. I love it and use it every day.

I’m trying to find out what to do. My phone was stolen with the app on it. I’ve downloaded the app to my new phone but it still won’t. I don’t know how to get all my information back or transferred. Can anyone help me please? Regards steve.
Access to contacts
Sorry. I did not actually use this app because it seems that the only way to add rvs is to allow access to my contacts. Not helpful.I do not put rvs in my contacts unless we’ve established a strong relationship. Also, I have lots of contacts that are unrelated to theocratic activity
Love this App
So easy to use, great for organizing your return visits by date or city etc. Thank you to whoever the dear person or persons are that came up with this user friendly app👍🏻🙏🏻

FS Assistant App Review
Not very easy to use, especially when in the ministry. Clumsy (probably some user error as well)
Great app for keeping track of service info
I really appreciate this app. and all that it does ! It really helps in keeping track of all offers and the info. that has been discussed and reviewed.
Lost of information
Recently I checked all my FS time entries and noticed nothing was there, I lost all the entry for this new year. I have the E mail I had sent to the FS overseer, but I have no way to recover the entries for the month of December. This is the second time this happened to me. Is there any ways how I can recovered my entries for December? Why is this problem happening? Is there a way to fix this problem?

Great App
This App is a great help. Only issue, I when I made appointments for a return visit for 12 noon the time we change to 10:00am I then tried 11:55am and it reverted to 9:55am.
I would also like date format to always be: day, month, year.

Why do you need to access our contacts. I would like to use this app but I don’t see why I need to give it access to my private contacts.
