Slow in Helping with problems; has issues connecting with other systems; & when they get a hint of your wanting to move on to another app, the system gets harder to use
Absolute crap!
Doesn’t work 75% of the time. It complains that it cannot connect to the internet so we can never see any of our jobs. This happens with both excellent cell service or Wi-Fi. Ka3nxn
Worst App for Business
App is very poorly designed, very leggy, doesn’t record time’s accurate. If you are looking for an app to waste money on and micromanage a company this is your app.
Clunky app
Doesn’t report time correctly. My time has been consistently short since using this app. This problem causes more work in the office daily to adjust my time so I am paid correctly. Job addresses should connect directly to maps for driving directions not just location. Service pro is a much more user friendly app with less problems.

This is the best field app, bar none, that I've used. The platform is seamless for online and offline field work. The GUI makes sense and is intuitive.
